Over 100 sixth class students returned to school during their Easter holidays, as they participated in Limerick Youth Service’s Primary School Transition Programmes.

Transition Programmes offer sixth class students a great opportunity to get a feel of what secondary school is going to be like.

Ice Breakers for Abbeyfeale’s Youth

Volunteers from Abbeyfeale Youth Club have just completed a four week training course with Limerick Youth Service that will be of benefit to young people in Abbeyfeale’s various youth projects.

Facilitated by Lisa O’Connor, Limerick Youth Service, the course, ‘Ice Breakers and Fun Games,’ is designed to teach volunteers new techniques that can be used with young people.
