Limerick Youth Service is a registered charity (CHY7482). We engage with over 3000 young people throughout Limerick city and county. We depend entirely on the funding we receive from various government bodies, both local and national, along with support from non-government sources to help us continue the vital work in which we have been engaging, in Limerick, since 1973.
The aim of the Service is to advocate on behalf of all young people in Limerick, regardless of background, ethnicity, economic status or locality, whilst empowering and encouraging them to take a leading role in shaping their own futures and that of their communities.
