'Your Survival Guide' is a handy wallet sized booklet as well as mobile phone application aimed at all young people from throughout Limerick.  The guide lists contact numbers and details on issues such as Accommodation, Employment, Emergency services, Hospitals, HSE, Helplines, Hostels, Mental Health, Money Advice, Pregnancy, Sexual health, , When can i?, Text Bullying and Young person Support services.

To get your free copy of the guide just call into Lava Javas Youth Cafe or any Limerick Youth Service project.
